Yes! Our service is FREE to you, the property manager, your owner and your resident. Absolutely No charge at all!
How is that possible?
While we are assisting your residents with water, gas and electricity, the main services, we’re also offering them internet, cable, security, satellite and other services.
It’s through those providers and those relationships that we get paid.
It’s those partnerships that make the revenue share program possible for you, the property manager. -
How do we handle confirmation or account numbers?
At the end of every phone call we let the resident know that they will be receiving an email from the service provider with confirmation numbers or account numbers and that they should get these over to you immediately.

How Much Revenue Can I Expect?
Well, this is always going to vary depending on the market, depending on the services the resident opted for and depending on your turnover.

Do You Share My Resident’s Information?
Citizen Home Solutions does not share or sell your resident’s information in any way or form.

When Should I Submit My Resident’s Information?
As soon as you approve them! This gives us enough time to contact them and schedule a phone call to go over services and options before their move-in date.

Do I have to Sign a Contract For Your Service?
Citizen Home Solutions does not hold a contract with you, the property manager or your resident. You don’t ever have to worry about contracts or any kind of hidden fees.
